In March 2007, Lend Lease was selected to enter exclusive negotiations for the residential development and infrastructure for the Olympic Village at Stratford City London, for the Games in 2012.
In the Asia Pacific region, Bovis Lend Lease has undertaken construction of low-cost public housing for the Malaysian government including all associated infrastructure. In Australia, the company completed the Olympic Athletes' Village, which housed over 15,000 people during the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
